Insects

I have a small garden that I have planted native milkweed. Butterfly bushes and a couple of other plants that friends have suggested. I did so because of the stress Monarch Butterflies seem to be under. That, and I once saw what was called a butterfly moth and I was intrigued. I also make my own clothing treatment spray from permethrin, and it is so effective I can wander tall grass fields and swamps and not worry about ticks and chiggers. It is so freeing being able to do this, and see the incredible life and beauty not normally encountered.
